Disappointed
I have tried these in the freezer and they are too stiff that it is like working with a piece of wood. Then tired placing them in the fridge but then it was not cold enough to be helpful. Ultimately I am not satisfied with this product and when it was cold enough it lasted a few minutes and not the 15 minutes I would have liked.Update: the company did give me a full refund. I appreciate the conpanies integrity, however I can not recommend the product they sell still.

Good idea but ineffective
I had high hopes because this product is such a good idea. But each cell has only a small amount of bead filling so the product does not get that warm or that cool and the temp quickly changes to room temp. Also it is so under filled that it is too light and I found they did not stay in place on my breasts easily. Overall, very un satisfying and wish I had not bought 2 sets!

Does not look like the image. The little sockets fairly empty. Would work better if there was more of these little pink gel balls inside each socket.

Boob relief
Great! Life saver when your breasts feel sore. However do not microwave more then 20 seconds or could explode.

Fumes from microwave
I tried heating these in the microwave. A strong chemical odor was emitted.

Product not full so doesn’t work evenly
When we received the product there were hardly any beads in the product. I thought it would be fuller however there is so little you have to move them around to try and get it evenly spread.
