They taste nice, but I am concerned that they might not actually have creatine in them, or are underdosed, because they just taste like gummy bears.

Honestly, I haven't noticed one bit of difference after taking these for over a week. No change in energy in general or during lifts. No change in lifting strength or reps/sets.The only thing I can say is they taste nice and are more convenient then the horrible drinks I remember from years ago.Personally I won't be buying again at least not this brand or seller.
