I tried this thinking it would be easier than my other mincer and it basically just smushes the garlic and barely minces it. I had more flat garlic on the bottom than it minced! Two thumbs down! Poor quality.

I cook with a lot a lot a lot of garlic, and I was really excited about this, but was a bit disappointed. It works, but not as I had hoped. Decided it wasn’t worth returning, but I probably will just go back to a long handle squeeze type garlic mincer. It was easy to use, easy to clean, just didn’t mince the garlic as quickly and as easily as I had hoped.

Purchased this press with skeptical feelings. Was hoping it would work but didn't have high expectations. Definitely have to press garlic hard and rock back and forth to flatten and press garlic completely. Big time saver during meal prep

Works great but make sure the garlic is fresh or it's hard to press. Otherwise no problem. Also very easy to clean.

It was not easy to press garlic nor did it make it easy to get the pieces stuck inside the holes. Request refund please.Not easy to clean, not sharp at all performance fail.

I picked this up at the recommendation of a friend. I use a lot of garlic in my cooking but just hate dealing with the traditional presses that make it nearly impossible to clean or the mortar/pestle that always seems to carry a lingering garlic odor. I am very happy with it so far and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys fresh garlic but not the clean-up.Pros:+The size is good. I didn't really need another tool for my kitchen drawer, but this is small enough that it fit (and will probably replace) where my old garlic press is. It also fits nicely in my hand without awkwardness. It feels good and I felt in control.+The press/masher itself allowed for a basic mince or a full on mash, depending on how many times you want to run it over the garlic.+It is SUPER easy to clean! I just knocked it against my cutting board a couple of times and most of the garlic bits came off. I rinsed it under running water and it seemed totally clean. I tested it and ran it through the dishwasher. It came out sparkling, no discoloration, perfect. It comes with a handy little brush, but I really didn't need it.+On one end is a rough patch for crushing bulbs. I have typically used my palm or some other hard/heavy item to crush my bulbs for peeling but having it there will save me from having to get another tool out.Cons: None. It's well designed, made with materials that seem safe for dishwasher and probably the first garlic tool that is so easy to clean. 5+ stars in my book.
