I take one of these everyday. It helped my wintertime blues sustained my energy through the early dark days and I didn't gain any winter weight this year. No stomach upset, I take them in the morning with water and I don't eat breakfast so I can attest to this. Super easy to swallow because it's so little.

I purchased rhe VEV Vitamin D3 Con K2 10000 IU, 300 Virgin Coconut Oil Softgels and I have been taking this product for 3 weeks. I just found out my vitamin D levels are normal for the first time in many many years. Every body is different but for me this product seems to work when many others did not. Not sure if it’s worth the hype. Still a little early though as I’ve only been taking it for a few weeks. No aftertaste or tummy issues-so that’s a bonus. A bit hard to swallow.

The quality of this product is amazing. I love the fact that it has safe ingredients and the pills are not very large. The coconut oil is a wonderful nutritional boost. I feel great!

The vitamin comes in a resealable bag. They are Vitamin D and K. They’re small and easy to swallow. I feel the quality is good. There is no stomach upset.

I never knew in order for D to work you need K with it. This product covers all the bases.

This is a great supplement and I take it everyday and I seem to ave more energy . You just have to take it for a few months! Will buy more for sure !

So I was happy to try this new packaging of the vitamins, as well as the shell made of coconut oil made me feel like it's healthier alternatives since most all vitamins have fillers and additives now which I avoid. Also the dosage 10000 IU is what I was looking for + K2. To my surprise the pill is actually huge, so the ad is misleading showing you that is small, it's almost the size of a regular capsule. Also the package has a sticker on the fron about a full refund with no clear indicator to why, and also on the back there is a weird "spray code" being mentioned. That all speaks to me as thes vitamins come from a place like china (which would be concerning) with its notoriously bad or funny translation, or Thailand. Or some place else. I am a bit concerned but I started taking it to see any difference. But I will approach this vitamin with caution ⚠️
