I tried many products which promised to remove the overwhelming number of unattractive black lichen polka dots in my expensive bluestone pavers. THIS IS THE ONLY PRODUCT THAT WAS ACTUALLY ABLE TO REMOVE THEM! Watch the video and follow the instructions (no scrubbing necessary) ... you will have the experience described. This won Product of the Year at the Chelsea Flower Show ... no higher recommendation ... and is only recently available in the US. Order from the company or from Amazon ... same price. I am ecstatic to have found it!

This product is a hoax. Nowhere on Amazon, nor on the product packaging, are the ingredients stated.The results are nothing like what is represented in their video.This product is essentially exorbitantly overpriced bleach. I accidentally got some on my black pants, which now have spots and are ruined - as it splashed with bleach.Don't be duped! This was a very expensive mistake - and of course, it's not returnable.

Sure smells like bleach. Contents not listed on container. But, seems to work a bit better than household bleach. Used a power washer after letting the product work for a couple hours. But still have some of the black algae on my natural stone. Will try a second application and update the review soon.

I found a better product for 1/3 of the price at Home Depot. This product required a 2-hour wait before rinsing, and it would've required 3 containers to clean my entire patio. The other 2-gal product was a simple process-apply and rinse with a hose instead of a power washer. Although I didn't use this product, it was overpriced due to the quantity.

We are disappointed to say that this didnt do anything for our patio.
