Great value for the price, works as intended. I own 2 of the same, one seems to have a bit more “jiggle” to it if you will, but I think that it’s just hecame less tight over time. Still holds rounds secure and makes reloading a breeze. Would definitely recommend a pair of these with a speed-loader holster / holder on a belt for easy and convenient reloading at the range

As a speed loader I had no complaints. Fit one gun perfectly. But for potential future purchasers, this did NOT fit the Taurus 605 Poly well at all. The chamber doesn't swing out far enough from the grip to properly seat this speed loader. I ended up keeping them because even with a little bit of finagling, it's still a faster way than loading a bullet at a time. But you should note that if this is the firearm you're purchasing for, it's not going to do what you're hoping.

Reload in a split second! Bullets seem to be held by a magnetic lock mech. So they won’t slide out untill you twist the knob which is perfect. A few practice reloads and you’re good to go. There is a little play but I believe it’s to help the rounds find their way into your wheel.

A related issue is that reloading a revolver, especially with loose rounds, is slower than reloading a semi-auto pistol.The best way to reload a defensive revolver is with a speedloader. A speedloader allows the shooter to reload the whole cylinder at once instead of filling each chamber individually. With a speedloader a well-practiced revolver shooter can reload almost as quickly as someone using a semi-auto.HKS and Safariland make the two main speedloader types commonly available.Any revolver shooter knows that one disadvantage to the wheel gun is that it takes longer to reload then a magazine fed semi-auto pistol.The HKS Speedloader allows a revolver shooter to reload the whole cylinder at once, which is much quicker then inserting individual cartridges one at a time. (Speedloaders only work with modern double-action revolver with a swing out cylinder. Shooters with older "Cowboy style" single-action revolvers still have have to load and unload each round by hand).The standard HKS unit has a black plastic drum magazine with a metal knob and metal internal parts. The knob rotates to unlock the drum to insert the cartridges into the drum. Once the speedloader is loaded you insert the cartridges into the revolver cylinder and then rotate the speedloader knob in the opposite direction to unlock the drum and release the ammo into the gun. It takes longer to explain then it does to do.I've used a variety of HKS loaders over the years and have always found them to be reliable and durable. I've loaded and unloaded them, dropped them onto the ground, and kicked them around while practicing and have yet to have one fail. (I will admit I don't think I've ever stepped on one full force yet though.
