LOVED this for sleeping. During pregnancy I couldn’t sleep on my sides so this helped me sleep better at night to ensure my safety and my baby’s safety.It was super easy to use and even fluffed up really nicely for the duration it tells you on the bag. I believe it said you have to leave it out of the bag to expand for I believe 72 hours.There was no smell to it at all. I feel like the material is nice and is slip resistant so I didn’t feel myself sliding down while sleeping. I have not tried washing it yet but it seems easy to do.I like the versatility of it and how I can sleep at different angles if I want. I also appreciate the little long pillow they give you to assist in neck and head control.Loved this pillow even after pregnancy! It helps with acid reflux or heart burn while sleeping! I want to buy another one for travel as I can’t imagine sleeping any other way.

I have Acid Reflux issus, I use two large pillows to raise up my head while sleeping for quite a while. It help my Acid Reflux. Recently my figers has numbness and took me a while to realize that my neck spine hurt from disposition of two pillow. Remove pillow but Acid Reflux came back. This product solves both of my problems (Acid reflux, neck pain). I have been using it for a while and now comfortable to rate this product. Material did not degrade by weight press on it for every night use. It helps me. LIKE.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I got the velvet texture which was soothing to touch after my surgery. I really enjoy being able to change the angle/height. Works really well in my bed with my regular pillow. The angle helps when sitting upright is difficult.

It provides proper support for sleeping on your back when recovering from surgery. Very comfortable

I like to sit in bed in the evenings and crochet. My back kept hurting and this helps me sit up perfectly with no back pain. Reasonably priced. Perfect size. Does not have an odor. Easy to adjust. I use it often.

While overall I like this product, there are several adjustments that could/should be made that would make it so much better. First, the Pros:-Firm yet soft-Velvet cover feels luxurious-Adjustable wedge pieces that are easy to use-Sleeping incline is perfect height even for side sleepers (but only if not using "pillow" it comes with as a pillow)-Medium sitting incline is good for relaxing while reading in bed-Full sitting upright incline is great for working from bed-Support "pillow" is good for lumbar, side, and knee bolus support; found can also be a nice, light ankle supportNow, Cons:-To use the bolus as a "pillow" in the medium incline sleeping position, in order to position one's neck properly (laying on one's back) to look up at a 45 degree angle from my 5'4" frame and have my lumbar supported on the wedge, my head would hang off the top of the wedge and into the gap between the lower triangle and my headboard; plus, the side Velcro is barely long enough for the bolus Velcro to secure to when in that position-The side Velcro when using the bolus in the lumbar position has the same difficulty; in order to use it effectively, it is always just at the edge of where it needs to be in order to be ergonomically correct for my posture to be supported properly: manufacturing could easily correct this issue with adding a full strip of Velcro along the sides with an added flap of cover fabric that folds over the unused Velcro so sleepers are not scratched by any that the bolus is not attached to; this way, no matter how short or tall a user is, or what exactly their neck or torso measurements are, they can perform micro adjustments-Side pockets are simply too snug for some phones, and yet are completely unusable for anything other than one's phone once the unit is converted into a sleeping angle as the lower wedge is turned upside down, rendering it a useless feature: manufacturing could add a Velcro flap option that could be tucked into the pocket and Velcroed down if users don't want it or Velcroed to the outside of they do-Is it really so difficult to dye Velcro the same or near the same color as the product cover? Users purchase items in certain colors (say, for instance, black) because maybe they have black bedding; it's difficult enough needing orthopedic/medical bedding and trying to maintain some form of aesthetic, but having glaring white patches in a sea of black bedding...personally, the detail would be worth paying a couple of dollars extra

Lifesaver for anyone having abdominal surgery. My back and neck never hurt while using. It gave me great support and is adjustable in case you’d rather use it to read. It’s super easy to use and a great size for a queen sized bed.

It is an incredible pillow which has saved my neck. I suffer from a herniated disc and have felt much better since using this pillow.
