Ultrahuman is the best option for Smart Rings
I have purchased the Ultrahuman Ring Air as an alternative to the Oura Ring 4. Ultrahuman doesn't require a monthly subscription for the wearer to get health reviews (while Oura has a monthly fee of $6). The ring is lightweight and looks well made. The size is right and fits well (I highly suggest that buyers will purchase the ring sizer first). The ring doesn't interfere with my normal routines and hardly noticeable. It tracks sleep and my activities very well. The battery is decent. The app is excellent. It gives very helpful insights and suggestions for health improvements. It has video and audio to help with breathing, workout, sleep, etc. The ring and app have personally encouraged me to make better health choices. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.

UltraHuman: The Clear Winner in Smart Rings.
I spent months debating which smart ring to invest in. It was a decision I didn’t take lightly, and although I kept being drawn toward UltraHuman, I occasionally felt pulled in the direction of a certain competitor (rhymes with POURA). Ultimately, I’m so glad I went with UltraHuman—it truly exceeded my expectations on every level.Price was never my deciding factor, but I have to say it’s refreshing that UltraHuman offers a more affordable option without compromising on features. There’s no subscription required, and the cost doesn’t increase if you choose the gold or silver version, unlike some other brands where those options come with a hefty markup and no added benefits.UltraHuman’s commitment to customer service is outstanding, and their weight loss insurance was a game-changer for me. I hesitated for so long, wondering, “What if my finger size changes and I’ve wasted my money?” With UltraHuman, that worry disappears—they’ll exchange your ring for a different size whenever you need it.Another standout feature is the Find My Ring function. I’ve already lost my ring once (found it in the trash can—don’t ask!), and knowing I could locate it saved me from a lot of stress. It’s small conveniences like this that make the UltraHuman ring superior. As for the data—this is where UltraHuman truly shines. The information is far more detailed and actionable compared to other rings. I won’t lie, the interface seemed a bit intimidating at first, but I quickly realized it’s because the data is so much richer and genuinely useful. The circadian rhythm notifications and gentle reminders like “Let your adenosine clear before your coffee” keep me accountable without needing to think about it. I love that UltraHuman communicates with me instead of waiting for me to interact with it. The competitor seems to forget about it and it’s like… hello? You’re supposed to be my coach! Get it together. One thing I absolutely love is how sleek and lightweight the UltraHuman ring is—it’s so comfortable to wear that I sometimes forget I even have it on. The little bump on the inside is a thoughtful touch; it helps me quickly check if it’s on the right way without having to look. This kind of attention to detail is what sets UltraHuman apart. The smart alarm has also been a game-changer, helping me wake up at the optimal time without feeling groggy. I’m eagerly anticipating the glucose feature, but even without it, the ring’s current features are already leagues ahead of what I’d expected.I initially planned to test both rings for two weeks, but within three days, I knew UltraHuman was the clear winner. The data accuracy is impeccable—I even compared it to my Apple Watch, and it was spot on. This ring has made health tracking effortless and truly worthwhile, and I can’t stop recommending it to everyone I know.Lastly, UltraHuman is covered by FSA, and shipping was incredibly fast. For anyone on the fence, take it from someone who spent months researching—and is a data nerd for a living —this is the ring to get. UltraHuman is the clear winner, hands down! Ew

Excellent sleep monitoring and good recommendations from app
Been wearing this for 2 weeks and it’s definitely a great value because it’s a one time purchase without paying for a monthly subscription.I did buy the Ultrahuman X membership which includes a one time weight loss downsizing opportunity when you purchase a 2 year plan. The ring is light and comfortable to wear ,the charger works but the battery life is closer to 3-4 days depending on how much you use exercise mode.My one complaint is it doesn’t always pick up exercise and once it does,it tends to not show the entire time.I wish it linked with Strava or MapMyRun ,it does work with Strava but not as a connected device, with MapMyRun there is no link,It seems very durable as I wear it on an elliptic trainer and it’s not getting totally scratched up.I like the advice I get and in the beginning it didn’t pick up my naps but it does now.I think the app learns the user and sends better notifications over time.I am very impressed and didn’t want to buy a new Apple Watch, the lack of being interrupted by a wearable is a great benefit,if you are interested in a good way to monitor your health, this is a great product that is constantly improving and is geared towards the user.

Great idea to get your correct size because of the big investment you;re making
I think the whole idea of the “Air” finger ring and sizing first is the right thing to do. You pick your normal size or one that feels most comfortable for you all day and throughout the night. This way it will give you a true feel for the correct size ring. This is a huge investment and quite honestly I was very impressed when I saw what was sent and how. As you will see from my photos, the ring sizers show on the indicator card enclosed on top that there are several finishes, and then underneath in the box itself are the prototype rings, with a spot inside each one where the part of the ring goes out a bit to mimic what the actual ring would be like. All the finishes all look to be scratch resistance, the color choices are very nice and they also have silicone covers to help preserve the rings, yet not interfere with the accuracy, heart rate information and the over all integrity ofthe functionality of the rings information itself. I have three things I have some issues with not with the item but for what these are preparing you for. Even though they offer 5 finishes in a large array of sizes as I said with the silicone covers if needed, they don’t have an actual color such as a light pink that for myself as a woman I would love. Also, I guess this is my biggest issue, with NYState take, a ring in my size which is second to smallest at a 6 women’s, I would be paying almost $400. I know you say well for your health it’s worth it but quite honestly, I have a pacemaker for my heart and an iOS watch that also tracks this same information. But for me I happen to think after suffering 2 heart attacks already, this is important. I will follow up when I can find out if I pay this whole amount of my insurance will reimburse me for part if not all. I have Medicare and an insurance from my husband also. Over all I did feel this deserved a 5 star review because I was even nicer than expected.
