Easy to use
Cordless is a game changer! I like that you hold it like a pen.

A little bit fiddly, but pretty good!
The media could not be loaded. This glue gun works on a similar principle to a "3d pen" toy: you load in the glue stick, and then the internal motor pushes the glue through the heated nozzle.THE GOOD- The 6-second heat-up time is no joke. Once the glue is loaded, this is ready to go very quickly, which is way more convenient than the standard 5-10 minute warm-up time for a traditional glue gun- Cordless is really nice, and makes this super easy to use wherever you're working.- The glue comes out very precisely. With the gun controlling the "feed rate", you don't have to worry about squeezing too hard and ending up with way more glue than you wanted.THE BAD- This glue-gun takes small/non-standard 7mm glue sticks. It looks like these aren't terribly hard to find, but if you're hoping to use this to use up your existing stock of glue sticks, that may not work out.- Once a glue stick is loaded, there's no way to get it out. The feed gears only turn one way. If you're only using "plain" glue sticks, this won't be a problem, but if you use the included glitter glue, or any other fancy glue, you'll have to plan to cut it off and run through whatever is left in the gun before switching to something else.- Like a 3d-pen, after you release the feed button, the glue keeps dribbling out for a few seconds. This is because there's no way to release the pressure on the glue that's in the heating element. It's not hard to deal with, but make sure you have a "drip catcher" hand, to wipe its nose on between uses.-Getting the glue-stick to engage in the feed mechanism takes a bit of work. If you watch the video, you'll see that more than 1 minute of the video is me waiting for the glue to start coming out—mainly because it's hard to tell when it's actually engaged and feeding. All in all this is a very handy tool, and one I'll be glad to have in my kit. I do with it came in a manlier color (pink is the only option at the time of this review), but I'll just have to work on being secure in my masculinity when using this 🤣

Cordless is AMAZING! I always hated having to use the glue gun because of the stupid cord, BUT
Oh my goodness. Where to even start? It's nice and small, compact and easy to hold in your hand comfortably. It heats fast, really fast. As in seconds, which amazes me because the corded on takes a LOT longer to get hot enough to use. There's no trigger, it's designed with a side button - and I honestly don't think that one is superior to the other, it just takes a while to adapt to the button. Hold the button for a couple seconds, and it comes on. It does have an automatic off, and it is in a fairly short time span (couple of minutes of non use), but since it heats back up in seconds, that really isn't an issue at all. Just something to be aware of. Noisy? Yep, but let me state unequivocally that when the tradeoff is noise or corded, noise will win every single time for me! I wish it had come with a stand to rest it in when not using it, or one of those metal flip down stands. Again, for me, I can live with that. If you're into organization, there is no case for the gun, however it fits in any smaller plastic container just great. If you are still fighting with the cord on the hot glue gun, this cordless glue gun will change every thought you have about glue guns. You'll love it, and I'm guessing you'll just throw the corded one in the "donate" pile like I did, since there is NO way I will ever go back to that one!

Nice
Really cool little glue gun. Heats fast and the penlike nature of it makes it easy to use. Particularly in tight spots. My wife really loves this.

Cordless glue gun is a game changer, some design flaws
I love the convenience of this cordless hot glue gun. We live in an older house where electrical outlets are hard to come by, so in the past, any kind of craft with a hot glue gun was done in one corner of the kitchen counter. Having a cordless glue gun allows me to use the glue gun from almost anywhere in the house. The pen shape has both pros and cons - it's good for precision work but maybe not as good for larger jobs. This glue gun has a fine tip so there's less of the glue oozing all over the place. It heats up pretty quickly as well. To extrude the melted glue, you press and hold either of the buttons at the finger grips. My first charge took only a few hours to fully charge the battery, and I don't use it often, but I have not had to recharge it yet.Where this glue gun falls short: it's kind of finicky to get started. I could hear the gun trying to advance the glue stick at first, but it didn't really pull the glue stick in until I gave it a good push while pressing down on the trigger button. Once the glue stick is in, you can't really take it out, so be careful if you are using glitter or colored glue sticks - you're stuck with it (see what I did there) until you use up the stick. The "ready" indicator light is inexplicably on the bottom side of the glue gun instead of on the top where you can see it. And it would be great if it came with a stand to catch the drips.
