I suffer from several chronic conditions which result in frequent nausea. Even though it's OTC, Emetrol is very effective and works fast. Better than the Rx nausea med's my doc has ordered. And unlike a Pepto Bismol, it treats only nausea and not diarrhea too. Also has a very pleasant taste. Highly recommend.
