I like the 2-inch thickness for better stability and cushioning on floor exercises and stretches. The foam seems dense because the mat feels very stable. It folds great and because it’s 2 inches it would be 6 inches once folded up. I don’t have a problem with storing it when not using it. Excellent protection for knees and back on my hard floors which was the number one feature I was looking for. Easy to set up and has handles, so moving it around is easy too. The material seems sturdy and is easy to just wipe off to clean, and it seems like it will hold up well with regular use. It has great support without feeling too soft or like I am sinking in too much and feeling the hard floor underneath. I also thought the price was very reasonable for the quality.

This exercise mat is really sturdy and comfortable. I like the 2-inch thickness for better stability and cushioning on floor exercises and stretches. The foam seems dense because the mat feels very stable. It folds great and because it’s 2 inches it would be 6 inches once folded up. I don’t have a problem with storing it when not using it. Excellent protection for knees and back on my hard floors which was the number one feature I was looking for. Easy to set up and has handles, so moving it around is easy too. The material seems sturdy and is easy to just wipe off to clean, and it seems like it will hold up well with regular use. It has great support without feeling too soft or like I am sinking in too much and feeling the hard floor underneath. I also thought the price was very reasonable for the quality.
