Good Stuff, Minus the "Stuff"
Fast shipping and good packaging. This is the only thing that works on my face so I'm always excited to get it in the mail. Free of all of those dyes and trash that's in other body washes. Definitely enjoy buying this in bulk.

This is a natural product and has a comparatively short shelf-life (6 months after opening). That said, in this case it's hardly a problem, as body washes tend to be needed on an everyday basis! This British-made wash product, created from lavender farmed at the Snowshill farm in the Cotswold hills is a really, really good thing. The product is well-packaged in a bright and clear purple-based design (although if you ever visit the Snowshill Lavender farm, there are a number of other colours of lavender available). On the front, you get a number of statements regarding ingredients. The slightly blurb-ey tag line "Our finest lavender oil, natural sea salts and apple cider vinegar", followed by statements that the product i. contains "No artificial fragrances", ii. is "Not tested on animals", iii. is "Paraben free". The product has benign intentions, is made by a British family firm and smells incredible. Roll over Wax Lyrical/RHS collaborative efforts with your bleugh non-descript scent that doesn't smell of anything identifiable. Open the cap of this, inhale, and you're hit by lavender so strong it feels like a hit of essential oil. Lathers up incredibly so that a small squeeze goes a long way. Wonderful! The one tiny niggle I have: I wish a standard English version of the ingredients list was available! In my view the natural status of this product is negatively impacted by the beauty industry's traditional reliance on Latin names to cover up a multitude of chemical sins. A plain English version as well as/instead of could add to the appeal for consumers looking to avoid nasty chemicals.
