Easy to swallow with a great taste

Got these for my teenager daughter who is not very good with pills an capsules since she often forgets to take them and when she remembers - she never has water with her and is too lazy to go and get a glass (I know too many issues with modern teenagers) so gummies work great as they don't need to be washed down and can be chewed just like Haribo candies.It has a good ingredients list (vitamins and minerals) and is fairly priced taking into account that you will get 2-months supply for £13

Gummies seem to be a new, fifth state of matter and appeal to the child in us. These taste nice and fruity and are very soft so break up in your mouth a little too readily to provide a long duration suck, but they’re much better than tablets.

The product itself tastes good and has a good range of vitamins. However, they are very hard to get out of the jar - they all stick together. Sticking fingers into the jar to try to reach them has resulted in several cut fingers from the metal liner at the top.
