This is a pretty strong mains powered vacuum pump in a surprisingly small package. The suction is strong enough to support its own weight!The small cylindrical design shows a real economy of space.If you find that clothes take up too much space in the wardrobe or suitcase, this is a fantastic tool to use.It is so much better than trying to use a normal vacuum cleaner which may have fittings or irregular shaped nozzles which don't fit cleanly over the vacuum port on bags. It is light and small.

A bit annoyed that the vacuum doesn't slot into the port on the bag, as you have to pull the vacuum and quickly turn the vent closed (at least for the ones I got). Other than that, decent quality.
