I'm really happy with these jars. They appear to be extremely well constructed, and I love the colored lids. I haven't been in the habit of using this type of jar before, so I was surprised to learn that they could be disassembled for easy and thorough cleaning: absolutely all the parts are easy to disassemble and put back together, in my experience. I would only advise that you be careful not to loose the small oval wire which is responsible for holding it all together. I've kept those separate when washing, rinsed them, then set them aside on a dish cloth or drying mat, so they wouldn't go missing, and that's worked well for me.Although I found these because they were touted for storing sourdough, I find this 1.5L size to be overkill for that task. However, they are lovely and highly useful for storing grains I use in baking, which need protection from humidity, so I'm very happy with them, and they are terrific for homemade pickles. These are the best jars for storing dried herbs, etc. We dried our yellow and red cherry tomatoes and used them all winter and they were very flavorful. These jars are attractive as well when they are sitting out on your counter.

Arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Packaging was top notch. Very well taken care of (even with how some delivery drivers handle stuff). I bought these to use as water/juice bottles to avoid microplastics and whatnot. They feel good in my hand and hold liquid great. I’m considering getting a sleeve of some type to be extra careful. 5/5 would recommend buying these and from this seller. I will be buying again

I make our own homemade sourdough bread and I saw that storing the flour in the fridge or freezer definitely damaged the flavor.Over the years we've owned various sizes of these Italian made storage jars and they have always proved themselves to be real quality.Definitely worth the price...5 stars 🌟

These look very nice on my counter top. One flaw in the glass but I just turned that side towards the wall.

The quality of Bromioli glass always meets or exceeds my expectations, it's become a favorite in my kitchen alongside standard mason jars. The blue glass lids add a lovely bit of visual interest. Everything came intact bundled securely in bubble wrap; no scratches or cracks, gaskets are in good shape, seal is air/water tight. Currently using these to make vanilla extract. Wide mouth makes adding/retrieving things very easy. Footprint is minimal relative to the amount it holds. Really like that the jar 'corners' are slightly flattened, helps with maintaining a solid grip when handling (tiny hands). Small note, like any other bail style jar it's good to be careful while closing to avoid stressing the glass. The closure tab can hit with surprising force if you're not guiding it down slowly. No way a detraction for me, the overall pros for this type of storage are well worth it. Would absolutely buy again.
