I got this as added weight when I walk but since its summer, I’m wearing short socks with my shoes and they rub a bit on bare ankles so I moved them to my wrist which was fine. I was surprised that it made more of a difference on my wrists than on my legs and I my arms felt a bit fatigued after my 4 mile walk. I think they will be better for my legs (when the weather is cooler) but it’s nice to have the option. I would recommend this product if you need wrist or ankle weights.

I like the gradient coloring of the weights but most importantly they are adjustable enough that I can wear them on my wrists or ankles and the weights themselves are very low profile so you can put sleeves or pants over them so long as the fabric has a little stretch to it. The weight is also good and I like that there was some movement between the weights so you can distribute it evenly around your wrist or ankle

Great weights! I'm getting a lot of use out of them.They are comfortable with the silicone covering. I was worried that they might not fit my ankles since my ankles trend to swell, but they fit fine, with plenty of adjustability. The velcro is strong and stretchy. I use the weights on my wrists and ankles in the pool, and they would be good for gym or walking as well. I would recommend this product!

These are great ankle weight that wear well and seem to be made of high quality materials. I love the gradient color design. My only issue is that they are slightly difficult to adjust, i.e., removing the weights is easy but adding them back was difficult. The strap seam just barely fits into the slot. Otherwise great.

I'm really loving these weights. I've had other much more expensive ones and these don't differ at all! In fact I think these are the most comfortable I've used.They are super easy to adjust the weights and get on and off easily. I've used them on both my ankles and wrists and both work wonderfully!They were also heavier than expected, some haven't felt like the total 1lb each, which is great.Design wise these are adorable. I'm loving the green shades and the triangular shapes.I would most definitely recommend these!

Love the color first off!!!These are very comfortable weights that are waterproof!! I wear these at the pool when I go and do my water aerobics! They work great for that added resistance!!They have held up for many weeks now and I go 2 times a week.I highly recommend these for ankles or wrists!! They fit both!
