Fabulous makeup mirror. It’s very sturdy! The adjustable height is a great feature and the optional light settings too! I love that it has the 10x magnification and the regular mirror option.

Love this mirror! The size great. The light set is great you can adjust foe what works for you. The magnifying size work great to see you face. It come apart easy and travels easily.

I wanted to love this mirror; it's a good size, I like that it's rechargeable, and I like the 3 different light color tones. I ended up having a problem with the on/off switch - it didn't want to respond even with repeated tapping. I had the same issue with a different but similar product, so I am thinking it's a general design flaw and not something particular to this product. The 4 star rating is because the vendor reached out to me directly, and when I explained the problem they were quick to offer me the choice of a replacement or a refund; I chose refund and they promptly granted it. I greatly appreciate the proactive reaching out and the quick response.

Love this mirror and cannot be without it. Solid build and expensive looking in your bathroom. Magnification is great and lights work well to help you see better.

This mirror offers great lighting options, and the variable height is also a bonus. When I moved, I lost the charger, and I contacted the merchant. Instead of just sending me a new USB charger, they sent me a whole new mirror, which was fast too. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, and I'd rather support a company that offers it.

I got the brushed nickel finish, which looks sleek and matches beautifully with my bathroom décor.It’s double-sided, with great clarity on both sides, and the extension arm is very smooth and flexible — I can easily adjust it up or down depending on how I’m using it. It’s also lightweight, which makes it ideal for traveling. My husband also uses it and loves it for shaving. Truly, I like everything about it.What makes this purchase even better is the amazing customer service. Long after I had received the mirror — and after the return window had passed — the seller reached out to ask how I was enjoying the product. I explained that I had accidentally broken it just a couple of days after using it (I lost control of the stem while adjusting it, and it fell), and I didn’t think I could request a replacement since it was my fault.To my surprise, the customer service team didn’t hesitate — they offered to send me a brand-new mirror free of charge. I was so impressed by their kindness and commitment to customer satisfaction. It’s rare to find a seller who checks in proactively and genuinely cares about your experience.Now I get to enjoy my mirror all over again, and I’ll be extra careful with it this time! Overall, a good mirror. The only complaint I have is that I would like an on/off switch. You have to press a spot on the mirror to turn it on and then cycle through to get the settings you want each time. I like the adjustable height. The mirror provides a nice reflection with good magnification.
