It's mostly OK but the wheels could be more heavy duty
This floor scooter board has all the needed accessories to assemble it out of the box, even the screwdriver. All I had to do was screwing in the 4 wheels into the base. The design is very cute and colorful which is a plus for our toddler. The board does fine on smooth surface but if there's small line or bump in the concrete it might not work 100%. Regardless, for the price range of sub-$20, it can provide a lot of fun for young toddlers indoor or outdoor.

I love this scooter!
This scooter is awesome! It's as described, with a cute little print and nice smooth wheels. It was easy to put together, and even came with two extra screws and a screwdriver so I could put it together immediatly. My kiddo loves it!
