Holds well on both bucket and carboy
This clip holds the racking cane firmly on both buckets (7 gal) and carboys (6.5 gal), even when moving the attached hose around.

Life saver to make sure the hose doesn’t come out of the carboy when transferring wine. Great product

Sturdy but too stiff, you need a perfect fit
It is made from very solid and thick plastic material, which is totally adequate. But the material is too sturdy to flex, so 1) you need to feed the cane from the top, you can't flex the tabs and "clip" it on, and 2) it won't accommodate a slightly larger tube. Double check that the size is right for your tube. I used a common brew store auto siphon but it was too large for this. So I haven't been able to use it much at all.

Descriptions says it firmly holds a 3/8" OD racking tube. It grips the carboy well, but my racking tube, measuring a hair under 3/8" OD, slides downward by gravity, which defeats the purpose of this clamp. I may try helping it grip with a rubber band next time.
