The store reached out to me to ask how to make it right, and went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. The odd extra-long shipping delay was Amazon, not the merchant, and they were very kind in a difficult situation.The belt itself is great! It's sturdier than most costume pieces and is what I needed for an event this week.
