Got it and it didn't vibrate. They sent another one and it lasted 3 months and 5 days just long enough so I couldn't return it. Don't waste your money

This product might have some long term slight benefits, but you will keep using it hoping for the results you see in the videos, only to be disappointed. I see no difference at all in anything, even using it 30 minutes a night and doing everything correctly. The product came in working condition in a nice box. The serums are kind of sticky. Nothing wrong with the product itself. It's just feels like a gimmick I fell for. No difference at all in texture, tone, melasma, or puffyness. I just don't know if it works at all.. maybe very long term? Nothing noticeable.
