Monitor your bike ride for less than $70.
3 sec average power, cadence, grade, distance, speed, temperature, ride duration, heart rate...Those are the measured values on my default screen. The CS500 has many more options. There are a few dozen screen formats, allowing us to display more or less on up to 5 screens. It will cycle through the screens, or you can do it if/when you want. I dropped HR today in favor of grade. You need to buy and attach sensors (speed, cadence, power) to the bike and wear a HR strap, pair those with the CS500 once, and you're ready. When you turn it on it finds GPS satellites near you (for your position in 3D) and it monitors your sensors, measures and calculates dozens of values, displays what you asked for and stores the rest, and you can upload files to the CooSpo app for sending to Garmin, Training Peaks, etc. It's very useful, very reliable, the USB rechargeable battery lasts for weeks between charges, it's pretty sweet. The manual covers the basics but sometimes you have to study the screens carefully to figure out how to get what you want when setting up your data pages. It's worth the effort though.

Awesome quality for a budget friendly price!
Works great, pretty accurate and feels like a premium device! Easy to use, auto brightness adjust perfectly and always has a great gps connection even when my phone doesn’t, highly recommended!

The screen needs work
It's an excellent bike computer, except for the screen. Unless there is direct sunlight on the screen you just can't read it. It needs a LOT more contrast, but there is no adjustment for contrast. I also have a Coospo BC200 which has a great screen. I can read it clearly under all conditions. I wish the CS500 had the BC200 screen.Edit: After further fiddling, I discovered I can make the screen more visible by tilting it further up towards me. Still not perfect, but usable.

I can't believe I have rode without this!
Excellent head unit for the price. I just needed something that provided basic stats as I ride without all of the fancy features. This unit works great and connects with my garmin radar unit.

Perfect computer without breaking the bank
This is a great addition to my bike. It connects to all my sensors easily, speed, cadence, power meter pedals and heart rate monitor. Only con is that it's not touchscreen, but I have no complaints. Also has a separate mount that can attatch the computer and a light saving bar space.

Cheap
Very cheap. Been recommending this to all my friends and gifting some. GPS works very well. Very easy to install. Connects to satalites in seconds. Start and stop is sensitive. Would get another one for my other bike. Love the coospo brand.

Chinese gps is just not reliable and therefore pretty useless
If you plan on ever riding in trees in Colorado - this won't work. My Suunto device always worked with no satellite drops even in the most remote areas
