I bought this for my pet rat. Love the chain straps instead of cloth. I bought a hammock for rats and he had the straps chewed off in 1 day. Hoping this one will last much longer. I did end up buying a second one because the quality of the product is very good. One suggestion I would give is to put clips instead of rings where the chains attaches to the hammock for easier removal for cleaning. Make this change and I will definitely keep buying from you.

i don't know simple measurements and i got the large one for one of my rat cages and let me tell ya,, its LARGE. it takes up almost all of the room from bar to bar in the cage lmao. however, my little girls do love it and at least have a very easy time getting inside of it since it goes from cage platform to platform. they usually shred hammocks within days but haven't destroyed this one luckily! i usually buy the KINTOR tent hammock for them, which is their all time favorite but i decided to switch it up this time. this is the ONLY company i will buy hammocks from, i think they are the absolute best quality and price and they are by far my rats favorite as well. if youre thinking of buying this for a small animal, especially rats, do it! i couldn't recommend anything else.

Bought for my ferret, he enjoys the top part lying around, but just pokes his head in & out of the pocket areas. Good product for the money even if he isn't quite sure about the bottom part.Seems to be well made and not a lot of fleece to wear off & get everywhere. BIG ➕!! Nice heavy chains to hook into the cage, you have to stretch them out to get it off the ledge area, but this one is a rat (?) cage and more open bars than his ferret cage is. The seams holding the pouch area are stitched down 1/4" from the edge do that it hangs very nicely.I would & will definitely buy again

What more can I say about it. Our boys like it as much as their old one. I got this one specifically for the chains instead of fabric connections to the cage. Our old one had those and our boys would keep chewing through them. The interior fabric is nice and should be warm for the upcoming winter.Edit 6/7/21: It's still going strong despite our boys chewing one side completely open as well as chewing holes so they can get between the inner cover and the hammock. It kept them warm through the winterpocalypse here in Texas, as well.

Received this hammock today, really love it! Nice canvas material outside, and good quality fleece lining. Construction is good quality and hardware for hanging is nice and durable. My only preference would be an easier piece of hardware to remove chains from hammock for washing, as now these have split rings (like you’d put keys on) and they are strong and a bit hard to get on and off. The other side of the hangers have a clip, those are great. It’s a small negative to the overall quality though.I’m very pleased with the size, it would comfortably fit two grown male rats, with some room still. Could accommodate 3 with still a reasonable fit, and of course more could pile in as rats normally do if you had more rats. The chain hangers appear strong enough to hold at least a few pounds.

I used this bird hammock for my pet rats. They love it - and the size will fit two rats. I don't know about three, it might look a little crowded!The construction is very sturdy, and I have not had any issues with chewing. Even if my rats did chew through the material (it's been 2 months and they haven't attempted to chew it) they would not be able to chew through the hanging metal chains.In my second photo you can see how versatile the hanging clips are. You can adjust the hammock to hang from any bar.I lowered the rating on durability only because after one wash through the machine the color faded slightly. Not a deal breaker, just an FYI.

This is an excellent hammock, & I got it for a great price! The large size was only $6.69, so I bought 2 of them since the price was so good & I’m so glad I did, especially since they’re back to being $11 now (which still isn’t a bad price)! These are extremely well made with high quality fabric. They’re very sturdy & super soft with very good stitching. Also, the metal clips are not only durable, but so easy to work with. I often have trouble with these types of metal clasps because I have long fingernails, but these ones are super easy to hang on the cage! (I have a double critter nation.) It’s great that they have chew proof chains too! My rats love it & I’d definitely purchase it again.

I bought this hammock for my parrot. He seems to really like it and it's a great platform to put larger food items on such as broccoli and sorghum sticks. My parrot often bounces on the top of it and we play peek a boo through the underneath section. The weather is warm at the moment but I think he will like it in winter, as the brushed cotton inner feels soft and warm. The product appears to be made of good quality fabric. I love the design and the colors. So far it has been parrot proof as well. I like the way the four hanging chains give you flexibility as to where you can hang it and it also allows you to change the shape of it somewhat. I definitely recommend it.

Nice quality product, could do with the chains that can be made shorter but other than that it feels nice and seems sturdy. Lovely pattern.

Looks nice but it's not safe at all. It can easily be torn and get the parrot injured. Maybe supervised play is safe, I guess but wouldn't recommend it.

My three rats all love it, and have barely been off it since I set it up yesterday! Its made really well, has a lovely fleecey inside, sturdy hanging points and sturdy clips!! I have ordered two more now because they are so sad when I take the hammock out to wash it!!

My chinchillas have failed to ruin it as yet and they have had it a few weeks...So going well.
