I own a Tassimo and bought this for a Christmas present, I really love the coffee from this machine so much that when my current stock of coffee is used I’m getting another for me, I love the Lavazza coffee and the way the Pods are compostable, the machine is a little more interactive to use but the quality and look is excellent, it’s not as large as you’d think and looks well on the worktop.

Great value simple small pod machine. Coffee tastes really good and is always nice and hot. Note unlike other pod machines, there is no auto stop on the hot water when making your coffee. You have to press the button again when you want it stop. Also note that the pods are not a standard size either, but are much cheaper and just as good as the pods made by the leading pod coffee brand in my opinion. Having had other more sophisticated and expensive pod machines, I have no hesitation in highly recommending this product.

First, you should know that Lavazza will give you a Jolie + Milk for £1 if you sign up with them for coffee capsule deliveries (min 6 deliveries of min 10 boxes).Second, this model (Jolie on its own) does not take the standard capsules (th one Nespresso used to have a patent for, but doesn't any more). So it's just Lavazza coffee capsules are your only option.Third, it does not stop automatically (unlike the Jolie + Milk). You have to start it and then press the button again to stop the water coming through. Not a big deal, but unusual in coffee makers.Assuming you like the coffee Lavazza makes (been a Rossa drinker myself for years) then this is a nifty little unit that will fit in a corner of your kitchen work surface (kitchen space is always at a premium!) and make perfectly decent coffee.FYI the Lavazza Milk heater & frother is a really nice unit all on its own and make a great complement to this coffee machine.

My 6yr old Lavazza has given faultless service over the years. Makes superb expresso with the Intenso pods, so purchased new one for my daughter's who adores expresso coffee. Christmas present. Can also be used as a hot water dispenser to your cup of tea or hot chocolate. All this at a bargain price.Highly Recommended

like your coffee then this no fuss machine us perfect for 1 person who likes coffee particually if u drink it black ...Its simple to operated the pods are delicious & there's a good selection of pods too ....It is a basic model which if you were to make 2 cups straight after each other it does take a bit of time to cool down b4 making the second cup but if u are the sole person making a coffee just for yourself its perfect & brilliantly priced

Got this for my birthday in August and was so pleased with it. However, it works perfectly for a bit, and then instead of making a lovely coffee it just floods the worktop. I've phoned a couple of times but Lavazza expect you to take a video of what's wrong, which is impossible as ) you have no warning its going to malfunction b) you're so busy ensuring everything doesn't get wet there's no time to video ... and c) theres little to see. Today was the final straw, it's going to the dump as I don't have time to do videos for Lavazza. Don't buy this coffee machine, it may work for a while but you can't be confident of it.

Fabulous coffee machine, have owned many different machines, Tassimo, Dolce Gusto, etc, but this is superb, quality, functionality, ease of use, wished I purchased years ago

So usually we have had bean to cup machines, they last a couple of years and then go wrong. I am fed up paying for these things.So when the last one went wrong I thought I would try a capsule machine and went for this one with the idea that if the capsule coffee was nice I would get another better machine.Well I don't need to get a better machine as this one is fantastic: the coffee is nice, the machine looks nice, it takes up very little room, is easy to use and is easy to clean.It is a big hit in this house.Highly recommended.
