These are so much nicer than I thought they'd be. I just received them today, vacuum-packed, so of course they seemed a bit thin. However, I washed them right away and they are SO nice and fluffy, and thick. They did not shrink at all in the dryer. Yes, I did have a bit of excess lint in the dryer but that's to be expected. It actually was not nearly as much as I thought it would be. I'm going to wash/dry them one more time just to get rid of some more of the lint, but honestly, I don't think I have to. Very impressed!

Having gone through a lot of disappointment over various Amazon towel orders, I was thrilled with this purchase. The sage is a lovely soft green color, and they are surprisingly thick and fluffy to the touch. Very pleased with the quality!

Love these! Soft, large towels and washcloths. Fun to mix and match colors. Ive also gotten a few in hunter green and royal blue! Highly recommend!

I bought this towel set in sage green a few years ago and really like them. They are soft, thick, and absorbent, and I like the generous size of the bath towels. The green color is also nice.Since I wash the wash cloths more often, they wore out and I decided to buy just a set of wash cloths. When I got the new wash cloths, it became apparent how much the towels had faded! They fade to a light greyish green, which is not as nice as the original color. See attached picture. Towel on left is new one. Right is older towel.Because of the faded color, I ended up having to replace the bath and hand towels as well, even though they were still in very good condition. Otherwise, I would have mismatched towel colors. But because I like the other positve qualities of these towels, I decided to stick with this brand vs switching to something else. It's hard to find sage green bath towels that are 30x56.And speaking of size, these towels do shrink. After washing, they are12x12 instead of the 13x13 listed in the description. But nevertheless, 12x12 is still a good size.The bath and hand towels also shrink about 2 inches vs the listed sizes. But again, still good sized compared to other brands.Since I bought a set of additional wash cloths, I will be washing each wash cloth less often. That way, I hope the next time I have to replace them, I can replace all of the towels at the same time.

Update to original review. It’s been 6 months and I still love these towels. They have all been washed several times with only detergent (do not use fabric softener) and dried on medium to high heat. There have been no fading, no seams ripping or fraying. They have stopped shedding in the dryer and are really very fluffy and nice towels for the price. 10/10 would buy again!Did my research on these towels before downing a good chunk of change. It was time to upgrade my old towel set and update the color scheme in the bath room. On arrival these towels were way better than I had expected. They were packed in a flat packaging but when taking them out of the packing they were very soft to the touch. I really loved the color as well.Next we washed and dried them. During the wash cycle no issues happed with any seams coming undone or the item fraying. During the drying time there was a very large amount of lint in the filter, which would be expected with any new cotton towel.I have used the towels every day since getting them. They are very soft and seems to be getting softer with each wash. They do dry and are not hydrophobic like one other post had stated. They do take some time to dry off your body but they do just that. I will say they take some time to air dry in the bathroom but over all very happy with their function.

This was our second order of these towels. The way we use them, we take two sets, wash them every other day and rehang them. We use them that way until they’re worn to the point that they need to be replaced. Our last set lasted about a year on that basis, about 150 to 180 wash cycles. These towels need about 5-10 washes to become absorbent and stop losing lots of lint. They do fade a bit over time but keep their color pretty well and remain soft. After about a year the decorative bands on each end started to shred and fall apart as shown in the picture. We replaced them after that. I don’t consider that a problem. I consider that pretty good performance.

towel sheds like crazy for the first ten washes and after 2-3 months starts falling apart at the embroidery section. Am seriously considering looking elsewhere - did the supplier change manufacturing process or location?

Very plush towels and comfortable. Heavily advise running through the wash a couple times before you use them because they do shed a lot initially but once they’re washed they are very plush.
