This book is a complete workout book for all newbies and pro bodybuilders.I am in fitness industry since last 6 years but still I found many workout tips and excercises which was like alien to me.Thanks to Adam Campbell for writing such step by step by guide for different variations of workout.It's a thick book have not completed till now .will write one more Review after finishing this bookLink in my bio

Absolutely loving this book. With every penny... Bought this for myself, but more than me, my husband's into the book. The way everything is explained, it's marvelous. The workouts given are amazing. Thank you

Good Buy!
The exercises seem to be helpful although many of them are to be done with equipment. Maybe some visuals in a CD would have been also appreciated for people who don't like to read too much :)
