Great selection for anyone interested in Mexican cooking. The Chipotle in adobo will blow your head off.

Been hunting around to get these chillies from nearby shops but no luck.So decided to look on here.So happy I did.Was really surprized with the size of the bags, I will be able to make quite a few Birrias with them.Just wish the La Costena Chipotle Chilli in Adobo was bigger as well.Will have to buy them seperate I suppose.But the Birrias tasted amazing and very authentic, better than in Mexcican restaurant where I tried them first.Will defenitly buy again.

Great quality and lovely packaging. These are essential for a lot of real mexican dishes and as we are very fond of authentic Mexican food we have to get the right types of chillies and this company supplies the best!Really good quality.

Bought these to make a Texas Red Chilli which uses steak rather than mince. Struggle to find these anywhere other than Amazon. Seeds and pith removed from Ancho and Guajillo chillies. Toasted lightly then soaked for 20 minutes. Drain and blitz. Follow a recipe and they make a chili like nothing else you have tasted in uk and really surprisingly mild. Delicious.

Decided to make birria tacos, The cans were surprisingly helpful and had a good level of spice. The Chillis seemed of good quality. In the future i may just order the cans as they delivered more spicy for less work. recommend trying this for yourself
