Quick and yummy
This is so close to the original thing that we use it very regularly now. Works as a go to thing when you have leftover rice and need to flavor it quickly. Make sure you season with ghee!

Medium spice, great taste
Note that this is a Puliyogare powder packet, and not paste. The spice level is medium, and it tastes great. However for the best Puliyogare taste, I recommend Puliyogare paste from Subbanna Mess in Melukote.The other alternative is Everest Puliyogare paste which is also reasonably good.Preparation time is less than 2 minutes, you only need rice to be ready.
