Quality, sturdy umbrella.
The TechRise Umbrella Windproof Umbrella feels really sturdy and has a little weight to it, which indicates good quality. When I say it has a little weight, I don't mean heavy, I just mean it has a quality feel, so lightweight enough to carry without issue. I got caught out in heavy rain while out shopping on holiday a few days ago, so I dashed into a shop and picked up a cheap umbrella for 3 euros. This TechRise one is miles better qualitywise in comparison, the difference being extremely noticeable. The 3 euros one will fall apart in no time, whereas this one feels like it will last.To open, press the 'up' arrow on the handle and it automatically opens. When the 'down' arrow button is pressed, the canopy of the umbrella closes, but it then has to be manually folded back down again. To be honest, it's a little bit stiff, so I find it easier to put the tip of the umbrella on the floor then push down on the handle to fully close it, but I'm not as strong as I once was.I've not had the chance to try it out in windy weather, but I'm confident it will hold out. If in future when I get the chance to try it out in windy weather and I find this to not be the case I'll update the review. As I was writing this review, the heavens opened with a brief thunderstorm (very hot, humid weather today), so I dashed outside with it, and it kept me bone dry from the rain. The product description states that waterproof material has been used for the canopy, and as the water beaded on it, I can tell that this does indeed indicate that the material is waterproof. Believe it or not, it's not always the case that waterproof material is used for umbrella canopies, especially cheaper umbrellas.Overall, great strong, sturdy umbrella small enough to fit into a bag. Really happy with it.

Good "keep in the car" brolly
Compact when collapsed, this umbrella opens up into a decent sized canopy, and does it very quickly when the button is pressed- make sure you are ready for it! Collapsing is not so easy, it will collapse and fold the canopy, but after that its up to you to press the spring down back to the compact length, its' a fierce spring resistance as well. The construction is good, strengthened ribs and supports should give good survivability in windier times, but I do feel that vented canopy brollies give a better performance in wind in most circumstances- but if the wind is high enough, the design doesn't really matter- but the rib design here should ensure it gets back to the right shape afterward, not discarded in a bin!Water resistance was quite good, used a hosepipe to simulate quite wet conditions and did well, obviously a direct soaking will overcome most fabric weaves, but this performed well.I did note that the handle was compact also, not ridiculously small, like some compact umbrellas, you can have a decent grip on this , but after a while you get the urge to change hands to rest it. For most uses we still use our standard sized umbrella, however this one is destined for the car, where it will be a great stand-by.

Great Umbrella
My TechRise Windproof Travel Umbrella arrived in a plastic sleeve.- Great construction and very strong and sturdy- Compact when not in use and collapsed- Definitely waterproof- Fits easily into my rucksackTo Open- Press the 'up' ⬆️ arrow on the handle and it automatically opensTo Close- Press the 'down' ⬇️ arrow button and the canopy of the umbrella will close- You have to manually fold back down again which is quite hard especially with my disabilities but okayI think £19.99 at the time of reviewing is worth it rather than getting one of the many cheaper umbrellas that are available and I do recommend this umbrella ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good solid portable umbrella
This has a bit more of a weight to it than you might want for a handbag, but it's also about a thousand times better built than anything lighter would be in my experience.Compact, sits in my car for when I arrive somewhere and it's pouring, remarkably wind resistant and easy to refasten/shut.A very fine umbrella :)

Great addition for the car boot in cases of emergency
There's not a huge amount you can write about this umbrella but here goes.I like the fact its small and compact which is the reason I got this specifically for the car.The size once opened is decent, and I like the fact it has a nice sized handle so it can be held easily when you have to use it.The opening action of the umbrella feels sturdy and although I haven't had to use it in the wind and rain yet I have no doubt it will hold up. This umbrella feels very well made.I has a decent size canopy and for the price of £13.99 at time of sale I'm quite pleased with what I got for the price.I'm happy to recommend.

Excellent One Button Auto Open Close Wind Resistant Lightweight Portable Umbrella
The TechRise Umbrella came nicely packed in a plastic bag. The black umbrella comes folded in a black nylon bag. This is a sturdy umbrella with decent size and therefore has a little bit of weight to it compared to small compact ones. The auto open and close buttons worked great though after pressing close it folds the canopy but still has to be manually closed down. The waterproof material is excellent. The resin reinforced ribs are good against adverse windy weather. I feel this is a good quality umbrella that will serve well.
