I bought this a month ago for my dad.Here is a detailed review:Pros:1. The device is sleek. Very compact. You can actually carry it in your wallet but dont.2. The app is amazing. It is fast, intuitive and fast.3. Readings are accurate. Verified with doctors reading.4. Easy to use. My dad got a hang of it from the first day. Uses regularly now.5. Priced pretty low. Cost effective in terms of other glucometers. Other glucometers are expensive afterwards. But strips are cost-effective here.Cons:1. The device looks a little delicate. Would advise to carry the bag which comes with it.2. Comes with 20 strips. Gets over within 10 days. Buy extra strips on the combo offer.Conclusion: The pros overweight the cons and just looks like a perfect glucometer for my dad.

I purchased Dnursre smart glucometer. When i started to proceed with the procedure of knowing the blood glucose,(fasting)in following steps. Downloaded the Dnurse app,put the glucometer in the required slot of my phone and pressed the start button, I was asked to insert the strip into the glucometer,which I did,but the screen did not go beyond that,which was the next step ie appearance of the blood drop, to be applied on the strip,but the glucometer just showed that the battery of the product low.I checked the operation booklet at page no.31 it was stated that if the glucometer show low battery,it should be intimated to the company on the given tel.number about the product not functioning properly,the lady asked me to uninstall the app and install again,I did that but the glucometer stopped at the same spot and the next step ie application oh the blood drop on the strip did not happen. Then the customer care lady asked me to make a video of how I would proceed to check my blood glucose, I got frustrated and fed up with the explanation of the customer care service and want to return the product.

Product is good support is good. They must have tie-ups between commercial setups for sharing our data for which immediately call will come from different Pharma companies, even though they have their own site including all ad company. This offline call comes every now and then, and it becomes very irritating most of the time.Why is our data (report) being shared with third parties ... That's the biggest question. Request you to Please stop sharing our data...Also after using few days with hardly 4-5 readings it's now not working properly.Have to waste lot of strips but still the messages come, strip not inserted.Better to go for offline blood sugar device.Total waste of my money on this experiment.

I bought this product to check my wife's glucose level as she is pregnant. Overall the product looks good but the terrible part for me is its accuraccy. Even though the app shows glucose levels as normal, the value is far from accurate. Most of the times it is off by +20 to +30. I compared it with my other accucheck glucometer and BeatO always shows atleast 20 more than what my accucheck shows. Also, to make a final judgement, I had a glucose check done from a lab and the lab value is close to the value shown from accucheck. However, BeatO is totally off the charts. Terrible product as I cannot make a judgement based on this device.

When I purchased this item, I was in doubt whether the product will serve its purpose as it was a new design to be used with smartphones. But still I went ahead as i am always interested in trying new things. To my surprise I found it extremely accurate and very convenient to use because of its compact size. The readings can be stored in the smart phone and sent to email in an easily readable format which is convenient to examine trend of blood sugar. There is also graphical representation of blood glucose trend. All these features make it stand apart from conventional Gluco meters. And all this you get with a reasonable cost. I highly recommend this to future buyers of glucometers.

The BeatO Glucometer has a provision of calling results from activity log by email. Accordingly after receipt of meter I took 2 readings on 21st and 22nd of April 2019 (Refer Activity log Photo of the page). In the bottom of the page on right hand side with yellow button Shows Email.....Act....Log. This when pressed carries us to Email logs page for selection of the period. The period was input as 20-04-19 to 22-04-19 (Refer Image on the left hand side) . The central image is the report generated by the glucometer. This report provides a report for the period 10th of Oct'25 to 10th Oct' 27, which is 6-8 years ahead of 2019. Doesn't it look absurd?This exercise was done multiple times but correct results were never provided.I do not know if this is the inherent defect in the software or my machine is defective.Therefore I request to either replace my machine after testing and satisfying that the machine is OK or recall this machine so that refund is claimed.I took up the issue with the Customer Care but no reply was received from them.Regards,R K KaulThe App has been updated by BeatO and the problem is resolved.Thanks BeatO team.Regards,R K Kaul
