Now I know some people will say they need to be tight to do any good, but honestly, I can’t wear these for more than about 10-15 minutes before they become too uncomfortable.I’m an early 50’s man weighing just under 87KG. And I don’t have particularly big arms, and certainly not compared to some of the people shown modelling them on the advertising pics. These really do dig in to my biceps and forearms, and I’ve got the large size. Which means I’m left with quite a deep indentation and imprint of the sleeve after a short time of wearing it, and that takes time to disappear as it’s so deep. As an example, I took one off just over 25 mins ago and I can still see and feel the pattern where it sat. I was wearing it for less than 10 mins to do some moving around of rocks.They are really well made, very soft material and they do offer great support, so I do wear them whilst I’m doing certain tasks around the garden that have actually caused the pain in my elbows to start with - moving large rocks, carrying compost and bark up and down the steps etc. And they do help, i don’t get the same pain before or after I’ve done the lifting.I’d give it 5 stars if it weren’t so painful to wear, but it gets 4 as it is helping and it is well made.

2 supports arrived, vacuum-sealed in plastic wrap. They didn't look like much in the packaging, but I quite like the design upon putting it on.As a 15st man in his 50s, I ordered a size 'L', and it fits comfortably.I use an elbow support primarily for protection nowadays, during badminton games, and I think these will do well, and look smart too.The quality looks good. There is a rubbery grip around the top of theses supports, which should stop it from slipping down my arm, although I've never had an issue with slipping in the past.
