This was used as a spotlight for an outdoor nativity scene cut out. It worked perfectly. I like that you can adjust the brightness. We plugged it into a string of lights that had a timer, and it came on automatically each night. It kept the same setting, as far as I can tell. My only issue was that I was not sent the proper base. I ordered the one with a spike. I was sent one that is intended to be mounted, with a flat base and screw holes. I didn’t return it, because I needed it right away. I made it work, my putting tent steaks through the screw holes. It ended up working just fine.

Pretty solid construction and a real sturdy 3-prong outdoor electrical cord. I am using one to shine down onto a dart board for night-time playing, and the other to shine down onto my outdoor kitchen and 4-burner grill. Both were mounted 10+ feet off the ground on our pergola, so having the remotes is essential. The lights are quite bright and perfect for lighting up several feet of surface area within 10 feet - these lamps were absolutely perfect for my needs. But I think they would probably not be your best option if you're trying to, say, light up entire yard. Someone else in their review complained that if you lose the remote you're out of luck since the lights won't turn on even if you unplug and plug back in the lights. If true, that would be a huge inconvenience and expense so I'm being careful not to lose my remotes (one for each light, which is what I needed).

These landscape lights are pretty well made. Out of the four I bought, only one quit working after a couple weeks which was disappointing. However I had an extra so used that. Three have worked fine after a month or so, hopefully will last a long time. The remotes need to be close to work, but the light settings are great. I really like the ability to adjust the brightness.

Lit my Santa as intended

These are super bright especially with both lights fixated on the flag together. I really like that you can change from a warm yellow light to a bright crisp white light. I haven't had them long enough to attest to durability but they seem pretty solidly built. (Will update review later if they don’t last). The stake was durable and wasn’t flimsy to install. And the remote control worked when I was within 10-15 feet away. So far I’m impressed!

Although claimed to be made for outdoors, it didnt last more than 3 months. Garbage... Waste of money.Maybe decent if used indoors.

Though it works great, it will not last when exposed to rain. I live in Southern California, and though we had an unusually wet winter, it was filled with water and corroded inside after only one winter. I will try again and seal it with silicone to see if it can survive a second winter.

Put this on my front porch deck to light the sidewalk. Perfect 👍
