This is an extremely good quality belt comes with lumber support. It serves the purpose. Also the velcro and the belt matetial is good. It comes with a manual which suggests the way it should be used. It is really helpful for the people related to slip disk issue.

Muy buen producto. Lo utilicé para una persona que tuvo problemas en la espalda, y le funcionó perfecto. Tiene cuatro varillas de metal que se pueden amoldar (ojo, que hay que meterle fuerza). Lo recomiendo mucho.

I got it for my mom. she said it is hard for her to put it on by herself.

Extremely difficult to put on, takes a lot of work and time to adjust the tines in the brace to your back. Need to keep adjusting and readjusting and readjusting till you get them right. Belt also runs small.
