minor scratches to outside edges, would have liked to have been made aware of these.
The product looks like new apart from scratches around the very edges, these were soon covered up with a case but I would have like to have been made aware of them first.

Overall condition of the phone is very good. Bit disappointed by the Battery life
-Physical condition: Very Good, apart from minor scratches on the border, the screen and back is clean.-Battery Condition: Poorly (To be honest, this would be a main reason if I had to change the phone)

For that price I am satisfied with my purchase. I will get a new battery and have it installed, then the phone will be absolutely fine.

Great purchase!
Arrived in perfect condition for my son’s birthday. Nicely packaged and not a single mark on the phone. Only downside is in the description it says it comes with a charging plug but it was missing. Still very happy with my purchase and would recommend this seller! 👍🏼

Impeccable phone, looks in every way brand new!
I bought this phone as a Christmas present for my girlfriend. I was really unsure about buying a refurbished phone, I felt like the price was just too go to be true and something had to be wrong with it. Even reading so many positive reviews, I just had a fear. But I took the chance, and it was the best decision I made. This present came as a complete shock to my girlfriend and she was convinced the phone was brand new. Everything about it looked and worked like a new phone. Me being me, I did look very closely at the screen and there was a couple very very light surface scratches to the front, and I mentioned this to my girlfriend just in case and she couldn't care less, she told me she would never have even seen them if me being too cautious didn't point them out! Phone came with a charger and was presented in all ways like a brand new phone. For the price and the condition I will most definitely bare this in mind for future phones and won't hesitate to buy another refurbished one again!!
