Another great goon comic. Totally writing that on my own and not cause some guy is threatening me with a lead pipe...Good read, though bit off putting at the mid chapter run, which looks amusing, but as its almost all in another language, i have no idea whats being said. Still i'd say get it.

Another bit of fabulousness from Eric Powell but you will need to have a decent grasp of Spanish (which I do not)

It seems like the air has gone somewhat out of Eric Powel's relationship to his own breakthrough creation, The Goon. As with the other recent few books in the series this one does not, despite cameos from important characters, further the main story much, and while most of the short episodes in the book are pretty decent, several are downright weak. What's worse you can see the potential in them and what they could have been if Powell had only put his full potential into this work, but it seem like his focus is on other things these days.A great pity as many fans would like to see The Goon get back on track. Let's hope for improvements in the future.
