I've been taking multiple vitamins and minerals to supplement my healthy diet and lifestyle. I was impressed with this quality ADK by Vitamatic formulation of essential vitamins to include supporting calcium for healthy bones, immune function, and brain and overall health. This is a clean supplement - free of GMO's gluten, starch, soy, yeast, wheat, egg, artificial color, flavor, & preservatives. It comes in a quantity of 180 easy to swallow capsules, which can last your 6 months if you take 1 a day as suggested. What you get with 1 capsule is a whopping 10,000 iu of Vitamin D3, plus 1500 mcg (or 5000 iu) of Vitamin A, and 500 mcg of Vitamin K2 as Mk7. All in all, I find this a premium quality and potent supplement product.

This is a quality supplement. It's easy to swallow. It's a better value than the previous supplement I was using. I'm pleased so far.

And so I was really happy to have this product that combines A, D3 and K2. Just one capsule in the morning and I'm done.Yes, I realize that sometimes we only need to beef up an individual vitamin and we don't want to increase all 3 of them. For that, I have separate A, D3 and K2 products. Now truth be told, (i) this product has over twice the D3 of my other [specialized] D3 supplement, and (ii) it has almost twice the K2 of my other [specialized] K2 supplement.And at $19.99 for 180 doses (at the time of this review), yes, this is a great product.

This is a really great vitamin combination in one capsule. There are so many health benefits to this supplementation, and I have been taking vitamin D in particular, for many years. This combination is great for anti-inflammatory effects, as well as bone health, immune system health, cardiac health, sleep wellness, and associations with reduced stress levels. My interest in it is in the immune system health benefits, as well as aiding in calcium absorption for better skeletal strength. I really appreciate the dose being one capsule, and at 180 capsules per bottle, it's a great value for half a year's supply. I didn't find any sort of discomfort with my stomach, and swallowing was also no issue because of an agreeable sized capsule. All in all, it's a great combination of vitamins for many health benefits, and tremendous value at $20 a bottle. Of course, it's always good to consult your doctor before starting any line of supplementation, but if this is something that is recommended to you by your medical professional, I highly recommend this particular brand.

Like all other supplements, they aren't regulated by the FDA as such with it being a newish company its up to you if your okay with that. They have been around for a touch over 10 years but are not BBB accredited. While labeled as made in the USA they are labeled as manufactured for Vitamatic and the mailing address is a PO box. That said they are also labeled with a GMP label so everything should be in order.Pricing wise they are a good option but its up to you if you choose to go with them or not.

Excellent quality vitamins that works. And, you get sooo many in one bottle. Definitely worth the asking price.I recommend this to others.

From what I read vitamin K2 is essential and should be combined with D3 and vitamin A, so this formulation seems to get it right. 10,000 IU of D3 is higher than I’ve seen recommended, but it’s probably a good thing since most people seem to be deficient in Vit D.The is a fair value for the price with 180 capsules . The dosage is 1 capsule, so this should last 6 months.

I have used this brand of supplements for a bit and am pleased with them. The ingredients are good and not a lot of extra fillers. The capsules are easy to swallow and the bottle is full instead of half capsules and half cotton as some are. They are definitely priced well for what you get. I am happy with them and recommend them.
