I have been using this product for 2 weeks now and I can feel the difference in being active for an extended period of time than before. A completely vegetarian product as I would prefer and completes the daily dietary requirement.

I'm a qualified nutritionist and can confirm that this multivitamin product has pretty much all of the ingredients needed by men, to meet their Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA). I consider multivitamins to be one of the cornerstones of good medical health specially in this fast-paced world where we don't have time to get all the nutrients from food on a daily basis. So when you take a multivitamin like this (twice a day) you get your necessary dose of Vitamins A, B, C, D, E, K along with essential minerals like zinc, copper, magnesium, calcium, selenium, biotin (for hair & nails).

It is not an extraordinary product rather it is a value-based product. you need to take it for at least for 2-3 months before you can understand its effect on you. Flavour isn't that great, needs to take at least 2 tablets a day. Your best bet is a balanced diet.

Great product, it makes you feel amazing it helps your body improve in a lot of ways I don't know if it's just me but seriously my skin is better my hair is better I can digest food better especially milk much better because of vitamin D in it. This I guess is one of the very few multivitamin with sufficient Vitamin D to fulfill your daily requirements. It's vegan so every crappy person who thinks it's wrong to eat animals shove these down your throat, no problem. Container is well made not flimsy at all overall really happy. One suggestion please improve the smell a bit I know it's multivitamin but my mom smelled this and thought it was expired c'mon. Otherwise really happy.

Haven't seen much difference after consumption for 1.5 month.So no longer continuing.

This is a good product and affordable price compare to others.. Hope Purayati can bring container of 500 capsule by further reducing the price.

I'm impressed by the packaging of shell because multivitamins becomes less effective when gets contact with much moisture but Purayati has done a remarkable packaging and only few brands provide cotton cover in shell of tablets ehich doesn't allows the moisture to make contact with tablets and keeps them safe and fresh! I Will order again from Purayati..

This tablet has a lot of binders amd fillers. So much so that if u dissolve this tablet in water u can see the residue which does not dissolve and neither can u have it. As compared, a capsule is still a much better form.
