These probiotics and enzymes work great. They really helped my stomach start feeling better and helped with bowl movements which I was struggling with. They are easy to take and do not have a bad taste or smell, which some in the past that I tried did. The packaging looks nice and it is clean with simple to read text that tells you exactly what you are taking. I will definitely keep using these for gut health help.

Gut health is more important to our overall health than was realized in the past so I figure adding probiotic supplements can't hurt. These capsules are on the smaller side so it is easier to swallow than other capsules. The instructions say to take 1 capsule twice a day so this bottle will last a month. I appreciate that there is a note on the bottle that this product is processed in a facility that also processes milk, soy, wheat, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and crustacean shellfish so those who are allergic are aware. It also has an allergen warning that indicates it contains milk, soy, and wheat from a fermentation process.

Pros - Pills are small and easy to swallow with no taste. Within one week of starting the pills, I noticed an increase in energy level. This was a huge plus! Cons - Pills are taken twice a day for maximum effectiveness (not two at a time once a day). With a busy schedule, sometimes it's easy to forget the second dose at night. After two weeks of taking this product, there is no difference in regularity.

These probiotic and enzyme capsules are the best! I have tried many other kinds and these are my favorite. They are not only cost effective, but they are also in capsule form so they breakdown and absorb faster. Since taking these my stomach has been less bloated, I have been more regular, and overall have felt better. Gut health is important to me and these are worth taking if you want to improve how your body is feels and looks!
