Great pump, maintenance costs not cheap
This is a very good pump. Honda engine starts reliably and easily, engine runs smooth, lasts great (5-6 yrs so far). The muffler parts tend to take a beating and rust out first. The Tsurumi pump works well, but is a little slow to self prime which, imho, reduces pump life. Also, the impeller can/will be broken and when it does it will cost you and it is engineered such that the average garage hack has to guess at clearances, which affect efficiency. Good seals, suction, head lift, mountings, and durability. Winterize it well.
