Love the flavour and texture of these. So much so I strive to get all my supplement in gummie form. Great choice of supplements to aid in the management of perimenopause. Good value.

There are 60 gummies in the pack - which is totally home compostable! - so this provides 30 days of multivitamins.If you require specific vitamin supplements on a daily basis, check the ingredients of these gummies as I find that each type of menopause products seem to have different contents and different ideas of what is beneficial. These are fine for me though.I love the fact that these are vegan gummies - I’m a vegetarian so this is important to me. It doesn’t affect the texture of the gummies themselves and they are very easy to eat. The smell of the gummies is almost like bubblegum but the flavour is definitely fruity. They don’t taste like multivits at all. There is a slight aftertaste but nothing too distasteful. Recommended.

Really nice flavour of gummies, really tastes like orange from the vitamin c. I found these easy to chew and swallow. Since taking these daily I did not have a hot flush for a week, I am not sure if it was a coincidence or from taking these but I will be sure to continue.

These menopause gummies taste lovely tuti fruity flavour. Take 2 a day, there's a month supply. However, they've made no difference in any of my menopausal symptoms.

Like most of these types of supplements, this one's also just a multi-vitamin supplement at it's core. That being said, there's nothing wrong taking it, but it won't deliver any amazing effects. It also taste good, so if nothing else, it's a good treat for a month.

The recommended dose is 2 Gummies a day which I have been taking for a few weeks now with no side effects, but also not noticing a huge improvement in mood particular, but some improved sleep. As my menopausal symptoms can vary from day to day it is difficult to tell if it is the Gummies doing their thing or not and may need more than 1 month to tell just how well they are working.Different Menopausal supplements vary with ingredients, but for me what is missing from these Gummies is ashwagandha as well as vitamin D (most important for me).It does have Vitamin B6 which is effective in regulating hormonal ups and downs.I like the pouch style packaging with easy to tear strip to open and seal. It would be worth taking a close look at the ingredients combination before purchasing.
