When you want to do serious strength training and cannot afford or find time to go out to a gym, this 20 kg (each) set of dumbbell is a must have at home.The Set contains a pair of solid looking bars with detachable weights of combination of 3 and 2 kg at each side. With the bar weighing around a kg, the total weight would be roughly 22 kgs, and that should be quite good for the middle and advanced level of people who wants to train the muscles at home.The locking nuts are plastic and fragile. As mentioned in other reviews the lock nuts are slipping and one nut cracked.I am trying to get a spare nut from a hardware store.The weights are some stuffed material (maybe sand or some artificial resin) inside thin plastic body. A fall from height might just rapture the weights, so be careful. I saw a slight tear on one edge of the weights but with this Covid19 lockdown decided not to go for a replacement.At the offered price this is good and useful stuff. Go for it if you want some serious work out.The advantage is that one can reduce the weights as per choice but with the screw on lock nut, it takes some time to open out the nut and then put it on to full lock position. One would be discouraged to change frequently.I generally keep it fully loaded at 10 kgs each side and am enjoying the workouts. Big difference compared to my earlier 5 kg each side dumbbell.Doesn't matter even if you do not have a bench at home, floor press does an equally good job.Plenty of youtube videos are available with this pair for demo workouts.Best is to use this heavy set for chest, bicep, tricep, dead lift sit ups etc and use a lighter weight pair (5 to 6 ks each side) for shoulder press and arm raises.Beware of the lock nuts though.

Quality is great I bought ek during the corona time but they still are intact and usefull. Don't drop it and they will last longer then youd grandma.

In the price you are getting alot. Yes some weight are little damaged due to the transport but it is easy repairable. The quantity is also above average. If you are thinking to buy this then don't think much it will be worth it!

Nice packaging and you should provide 1kg also.
