I'm so happy to have found this product!! It has greatly helped my perimenopause symptoms. As I've aged, the breast tenderness has gotten so bad. It was to the point it was almost unbearable! Since I've been taking this product regularly, I have much less breast tenderness. It's still there, but it's very tolerable now. I was just starting to have hot flashes, and now I don't have any. So thankful for this medicine!!!

Using this to battle lack of hormones from post menopause. Its working good. Good for calve cramps and other symptoms. The only thing I have not been able to conquer is the damn greasy hair. I have been able to eliminate several other supplements I was taking by using this product. I do still have to use a bio-identical estrogen cream and progesterone cream for all over leg pain. Over all, a good product that I purchase every month.

I was hopeful this supplement would help with hormone balance, but unfortunately, it made me feel miserable. I tried it for a few days but couldn’t get past how gross I felt—nauseous, headaches, bloating and just miserable. The mix of ingredients may be too much for some people. It might work for others, but it wasn’t the right fit for me. I was hoping it would relieve hot flashes at night, maybe it did but it made me too sick to sleep anyway and I felt like my heart was racing. Going to look for more simple remedies, too much going on here to know what went wrong.

From the very first capsule, my hot flashes were a thing of the past. What a lifesaver!UPDATE halfway through the bottle (maybe less):The effectiveness didn't last, and the product gave me some uncomfortable side effects (indigestion, eczema, overall sluggishness). Your mileage may vary and I hope if you try this you get better results and no whammies.

This is a worth while product to buy. It is works good for me. The only thing is the serving suggested is two capisles. I can only take one a day due to the fact I eat foods that give me the energy I need every day. And these will make my heart race if I take the two they say. But they do work very good. I have my metabolism back and have taken the weight off that I put on because of menopause. I will buy this again

I'm 52 and my doctor confirmed for me last month that I'm definitely in menopause. I was becoming pretty miserable with the sudden, massive hot flashes throughout the day and the soaking night sweats when I was trying to sleep. It was getting so bad that my husband was getting a little annoyed with me. Oh well. Anyway I got this product last week and I am so pleased with the difference it has made already. The hot flashes haven't entirely stopped, but they are much more manageable. Also the night sweats have greatly reduced. I don't wake up in as big a puddle anymore. :)I don't expect a miracle, but the relief I've gotten already is pretty astonishing. I'm really pleased with the effects, including losing some of the draggy, fatigued feeling I was experiencing. I do recommend this product, with the caveat that everyone's body chemistry is different. It worked for me and I will definitely buy it again. I have been taking these almost a month now and I definitely noticed a different. They help with the hot flashes and especially with the mood swings which is why I selected them. Great product.

I like the formula, it seems to be the right combination of supplements to make a positive difference with my body's unstable hormones.I like that I can open up the capsules and dump them in my morning tea. I hate taking pills.This is the best natural hormone regulator I have found since I began my slow decline into menopause. Great product!
