This pillow is very nice. It's soft but firm just the right comfort level. The material has a lovely velvety feel to it. The color is lavender or lilac just beautiful! I love it that u can heat or cool the pillow. Has a nice yet strong lavender smell. I only returned it because the person I purchased it for has a smell sensitivy, but if you don't mind the smell (which is nice) I would highly recommend this pillow!

This is my go-to pillow when I have a migraine. The neck roll comes with a removable velvety soft cover. The support is perfect. Not too firm, not too soft. Eucalyptus is the best! Definitely worth the splurge.

I love this neck pillow! It is so soft and the perfect size. I use it two ways - A. When sitting up in bed with pillows behind me, adding this behind my neck and head adds that extra support you don’t get from the pillows alone. And B. It’s like a stuffed animal for grown-ups. I curl up with it when I sleep, seriously.But in addition to my weird neurosis, honestly this is a high quality product, super soft and also super durable and easy to travel with if you end up like me and can’t sleep without it.
