Quality is excellent for price. Love the color! Did have some cosmetic imperfections towards the scroll. Upgraded the strings and shoulder rest. Bow is of better quality but purchase small bow as seen in picture. Over all good sound quality. Reason for purchase wanted a backpack fiddle. Advanced Adult Fiddle Player

We don't know much about violins. We homeschool our 4 children and our youngest (4 year old daughter) has decided she wants to learn violin. This set seems to come with everything we will need for her to get started. The violin and bow, the case, the rosin material, tuner, wooden piece that helps tune it i think, extra string, wall stand, music stand and more (everthing pictured)The carry case can we worn like a backpack or carried by hand. We got a 4/4 violin as well for my oldest son (14 years old) and my possibly my husband to learn as well and it didnt come with half of the stuff that this one came with.This violin also has a card with a promo code for a month of free lessons from a website.my daughter wanted to try to violin out so we followed the directions about tuning it and adding the rosin to the bow, she ended up snapping one of the strings on the bow but im almost certain it was our fault and not the products, We have zero clue what we are doing. This seems like a good quality complete violin starter set. The violin is beautiful and the perfect size for our toddler.Plus online lessons to work on in between in person lessons

Returned. Wouldn't stay in tune to save my daughter or her music teacher's life, if it depended on it. Her teacher said the only thing it had going for it was the color. Which is honestly the reason why my daughter wanted this set in the first place, besides value in price, I thought was nice.If I would of had the time and more money- I probably would've kept it. Bought new new strings and violin bow hair too.Pros: All the stuff you get with it, is of value too. It came in a nice carrying bag and lots of space for storage. The stand has its own bag also. Very soft, but beautiful lilac color. Even came with a tuner as shown.Cons: the strings on it and the bow hair.

Really wanted to love this violin. It came really well packed and had a lot of stuff with it. Super cute! It has to be tuned every time it's played.

I like this violin because it is sturdy and durable. I also like that it is easy to use and easy to learn. This violin is a great gift.

I bought this excited to try and play again after many years of not playing. I got my bow ready with the resin and when to make my first note on the violin and to my surprise…. Not a single sound came out. This is not a functioning violin. Sent it back! Also the company tried saying that it wasn’t working because the bridge was not installed… that is false information. The bridge was installed and there was no sound.

The only thing good is the case it came in. The violin will make good firewood.
