I got my first Lego when I was 7. Today I gifted Lego to my kid when he turned 7 and he loved it. It's a legacy. The same excellent quality. Thanks Lego.

If you like to build cars, bikes more than building cityscapes with any Lego Classics set, this one is for you. It really supplies with as many as 18 wheels along with its mounts. However, If there would have been many more types of wheel mounts I would have more appreciated it, especially if there would have any such piece for mounting wheel for a bike. Otherwise I needed to fix two pairs of wheel to build the bike. However, this is overall a very versatile set even if you want to build buildings and trees etc. It supplies with many windows and doors, arches, bricks and a moderate sized green base plate. Also it comes with a good sturdy plastic box to store all your pieces. I would suggest users to use small transparent containers to store pieces of different colours inside the big box provided by Lego. Definitely I would recommend enthusiasts to buy this product. Attached are two models I built using this one.

Gooooooooood but never play with it

My son is enjoying the Lego bricks and using his creativity to assemble them in to something meaningful. The blocks consist of minute details which at time is cumbersome to search among the pile of blocks. It came with a storage as shown in the image. This is my son's first Lego bricks set, hoping to explore other variants. In terms of quality, the bricks are sturdy and well finished, a Lego product.

To be honest, I bought this set for my 77 yr old Dad! He and I had a great time building with it. The yellow box is really attractive- it enkindles the creative juices. We only did the train engine and the car from the booklet and then went off on our own to create other things. I felt as excited and curious as a kid, and couldn't rest till I had used up all the pieces! We built a cottage, an oriental looking house, a factory building, a 'jugaad' kind of multicoloured car and a table fan. There were some left-over pieces, so I made a tower with it. Finally, there were two tiny grey pieces and a few wheels left that we couldn't do anything with. We are going to dismantle the builds in a few days and make some new things.

I am just mindblown to see how amazingly we can create whatever we want with the pieces perfectly created by the Lego. You can make literally anything if you can design stuff from simple to complicated. You can get loads of ideas from website as well as YouTube. I have already created a lorry, a crocodile and a train. You need not buy another toy for your kids if you have these. Simply design something and start building.There are certain things that you should keep in mind. Some pieces are very small and kids may swallow it. You just can't afford to lose even a single piece. The pieces maybe smaller than you think, but they are big enough to make things that need to make. They are very strong and bit sharp, so make sure that you don't step on the pieces, the pain could be excruciating. I have added a few pics of things I just made just to show how exciting this product can be.

I bought this set for my 4 year old boy and he liked these blocks very much and asks for the set daily. He plays for around 2 hours each day with this set. The quality of blocks is very very good. No piece was missing or broken. All pieces connect with each other perfectly. You can make all the models shown on Amazon and many more. The tyres given are of such a good quality that the kid can actually play with the car models made.However if one's child is under 5, one adult may have to sit with the child so that he doesn't lose any block as most of them are very small and also to guide him. My kid is able to make some easy models with some help from my side and with the help of booklet given.It would be better if some more big tiles in this set are provided.
