Huge hit with my kids!
Of all the birthday gifts my 5yo son got this year, this was by far his favorite! He and his almost 7yo brother have played with it every day for two weeks now. It’s easy to use, easy to clean, and is a great way for them to wake up their brains in the morning and/or wind down and relax after school or after dinner. Will be buying it for all their friends’ birthdays this year!

Lo mejor es que no derrama la pintura. The best is that it doesn’t make a mess

Fun Spin Art, Four AA Batteries not included.
This toy paint spin-art set came exactly as described. The paints are thin enough to drip onto the surface. There is an assortment of paper shapes and sizes for your little artist. In a world where it seems everything is chargeable, I was surprised that this toy requires 4 AA batteries - not included. (Be aware, the box says AAA, but they are AA.) The spin function works well. Great for a fun activity or gift.

Rainy day fun
Bought this as a gift for my 9 year old and it was a hit. Fun way to spend an hour here and there when we can't get outside for other activities.

It’s okay
Fun while it lasted. Unfortunately more paint slings off to the sides than what goes on to the paper, after a few papers it’s so thick that it won’t spin unless you take it apart and clean it.

Fun throwback to my youth
The media could not be loaded. I remember doing these at the fair all the time when I was a kid. I LOVED spin art! I told myself I wanted this so I could do spin art with the kids. I lied. I wanted to do it myself. And I'm so happy I did. This is a pretty small little spinner, but I don't honestly know what I would do with a bunch of big random spin art paintings, so I guess smaller is better in this case. It is battery operated so you can take it with you on vacation if you wanted or to school, whatever. The splash guard is great and a huge help. It's easy to clean, and the paint even washes off your hands easily.

Fun set for kids and tweens!
This is a fun and colourful paint spinning set for kids that I think would be enjoyable even beyond the recommended upper age range of nine years old. It spins easily with battery power and the general mechanical function is quite simple. It comes with multiple squeeze bottles of paint, including some glittery ones, and even a paintbrush for manipulating the shapes created during the spinning. There’s a drawer for the paper (that comes with it) and even some wax crayons to disrupt the paint flow if you so desire.Great gift for creative kiddos in your life!

So much fun
My son loves arts and crafts so he immediately saw this and wanted to try it. It's so much fun. It's easy to use and is easy to keep clean. It's a unique way of using paint and letting your child explore and expand their creativity.

Fun for lots of ages; more specific technique instructions would be useful
What a relatively low effort and investment way to make cool and unique art. We got this for our kids and their friends to use (ages 7-11). I supervised the activity to ensure minimal mess but they could pretty independently complete it. In terms of quality, the mechanism works pretty good but the splatter guard is pretty cheap and almost seems like packaging (it's thin, cheap feeling plastic). Don't throw it out though as it plays an important role!To use you add batteries (it takes 3 AA batteries which are NOT included), place the spinning plate on, insert the paper on the spinning plate, put the splash guard on, and then turn on. As you drip paint in it spins out. You can also use the provided crayon (pastel) to interrupt the flow of paint on the page. This was a lot of fun to use and even I joined in. Where it could be improved is that it didn't tell you about an the techniques you could use to make different versions of the paintings (i.e. how or when to use the pastel or paintbrush). The short video included does show you a few different uses of the materials but it doesn't show the before and after which is helpful for figuring out what you like the look of.

Neat little kit!
Got this as a Christmas gift. As the littles want to paint like the biggers do with tie dye. So figure this is a little ones perfect introduction to the mess we call art....can't wait to do it with them! The spin thing is interesting for sure!

Only OK
The media could not be loaded. Potential for a terrific craft. Comes with lots of different paper sizes and shapes (star, flower, scalloped edge, etc.), lots of paint, two oil pastel crayons. However, it doesn’t hold up. The first try worked quite well. After that, the spinning place rattled and slowed down. We put new batteries in and still it wasn’t strong enough to spin the plate, paper and paint to make a design. It stopped many times and with a push would start again slowly. They warn “if there is too much paint, the plate will slow down”. However, “too much” is subjective. We didn’t put a lot on and it didn’t function well. Without the spinning plate on the spindle, it goes like lightening. Rather disappointing.Update: I played with this to see why it wasn’t working and found that because the spinning table fits so closely to the space, any amount of paint on the sides slowed it right down which means constant clean up after each attempt. (See photo with red paint on edges).
