Antica Farmacista Prosecco Diffuser 8.4 oz
So this brands home air fresheners smell absolutely amazing. I live in an apartment that’s less than 1000 sq ft. This 8.4 oz medium size diffuser only cover this area when the door is shut from the sleeping quarters and I placed the diffuser in the middle of the floor. I only purchased this diffuser because I have the small Prosecco diffuser in my bathroom and it has great throw! Upon drawing comparisons between the medium and small bottle I notice the parfum is darker and more condense in the smaller bottle. I could be wrong but when I flip the reeds I don’t get the feel the oil has observed much at all. After further review this item must be accompanied by the candle if you want more throw.

This diffuser is amazing! I only wish it wasn't so expensive
This diffuser is amazing! I only wish it wasn't so expensive. I treat myself (and guest as it's in the powder room) occasionally because it smells great (as do the other scents I've tried) and lasts for quite a while. I live in very dry Colorado and most other (cheaper) diffusers evaporate very quickly, this one does last longer than the others. Additionally the scent travels for quite an area. I guess you get what you pay for.

Perfect
This is the first diffuser I have used, and I have to say there are far more practical than the regular air fresheners.Firstly this particular diffuser isnt overpowering, it generates a subtle and uplifting odour. Whilst quite pricey this particular brand have a lot of pride in the quality of their products. The elegant bottle comes with several wooden rods to extract the Liquid. The bottle is packaged up in an delightful little box ideal for wrapping as a gift for someone.

Pretentious-ness in a bottle - the good kind
We have a few reed diffusers dotted about the place. Some nicer than others, but none are as expensive as this Antica Farmacista diffuser.Fairly subdued in its physical styling, this product seems to be all about the kudos that you might hope to gain from house guests seeing that you have a luxury brand of fragrance. It's a bit like having Molten Brown soaps in your bathroom. Other soaps are similarly decent, but they aren't Molten Brown…The scent of this particular diffuser is listed as Prosecco and it certainly hits the mark. It's quite nicely done as I've often found home scented products are overpowering and acrid, desperate to assault your senses as violently as possible so that you are always aware of its existence. This one is not like that, and is happier to settle into the background. You know it's there, but it's not at the top of your mind. It's nicely done.Presentation is good, and the bottle looks understated and sophisticated. The rub is just the price. Is it really worth this much? I doubt it, but then what luxury items are really worth their asking price?

Lovely, rich scent
The diffuser is easy to set up - it's just a matter of uncorking and placing the reeds in the bottle. The scent is lovely, rich and citrusy, and I found it worked quickly after placing the reeds in the bottle. When placed in a common landing in the house I found that the scent carried well too.Overall, I think this is a lovely diffuser which feels like a luxury. It is quite expensive but I think is lovely as a treat/ would work well as a present for someone. (The box is lovely and the bottle is simple and elegant.)

Smells amazing
So many reed diffusers smell synthetic, almost hitting the back of your throat with the overpowering cheap smell. These are totally different and very natural. The bottle is elegant and big (250ml) compared to many others, for example Molton Brown (approx. 150ml). There is no denying it is pricier than many and at the high end of the market, but it is beautiful. I’ve not had it long, so can’t say how long it will last, but given the size it should last at least several weeks. Relating to another reviewer, the reeds weren’t in the same box as the scent. They came outside of the box, which was fine but not that well thought through in-terms of packaging. If I were going to give this as a gift I would be a bit miffed that it cost around £60 and the reeds weren’t part of the main box.

Shame that no reeds are provided.
Sadly no reeds were included and they are a key selling point for this speciality fragrance. I imagine that you have to buy the reeds separately.Having bought some reeds for ourselves we have then be able to try the fragrance which is very good but had we purchased this fragrance ourselves we would have been very disappointed to then try and find some suitable reeds - as it is I bought a much 'cheaper' fragrance and used the reads included with that. So, without the correct reeds, this is a pleasing fragrance BUT if it would BE EVEN BETTER with the MANUFACTURERS REEDS I am afraid I simply cannot say.
