This product works well but does not cause diarrhea for me. It’s easy to take and tasteless.

The large bottle allows my husband to refill a small bottle that is easy to handle. My only complaint is that the cardboard box was extremely difficult to open. Had to use a knife and even that was a challenge. Another Amazon shipment last month had the same box, and it looks and feels good but is a nuisance to open.

I’ve been having problems using the bathroom for the past two years on my own for the most part. I went a whole month without using the bathroom. It got so bad that I felt the sharpest pain in my lower left hip and in my intestines I couldn’t even stand up straight without it hurting. And id feel a bump in that area too. I was told to Try MiraLAX, but it didn’t work for me the first time I tried it. I got so desperate I had to drink a bottle of castor oil and it gave me the worst pain in my life But it did help me use the bathroom. I was told to take MiraLAX at least three days straight for it to work, so I tried it again and it worked without giving me any pain AT ALL! The first time i took it i only took it for 2 days which is why it didn’t work for me. Now I take it regularly like three to five times a week With my protein shake. It has no taste at all to it, even if you drink it with water.
