Several pieces arrived chipped or splintered. Unable to order replacement piece without returning.Update: after less than two weeks of use, the shelf is sagging, and the drawer is broken.

We chose this bed due to the design and storage drawers but have been completely disappointed with the quality and Amazon's response. After 3 hours of assembly we had the bed together and started assembling the drawers...the selling feature of the bed. All of the cam locks that are used to assemble to drawers were breaking as we were assembling...they are such terrible quality. We did not have enough to complete the drawers and reached out to Amazon for replacement parts...their response was to disassemble the bed and send it back for a refund! No partial refund, no empathy, nothing. Just oh, well, too bad. We expected they might be willing to pay for the parts we need....less than $10 in parts, rather than pay to ship the thing back and make this as difficult as possible for the buyer. We bought the parts, just won't be buying anymore big items like this from Amazon. What a headache and terrible customer service!
