These are pretty thick and are comfortable to sit on. They fit well into stadium folding seats and don't slide around much. I do wish there was a more pronounced carrying handle for them, though. Good value for getting 4 in a pack.

These barely fit a kids. It definitely doesn’t fit a normal adult.

These pads are made from a high quality foam that is pretty dense. I really like the size of the pads and that they have a finger hole for easy carrying. These may be a little firmer than some people would prefer for sitting. Using the pad on a metal chair, I would like it better if it was just a little softer.These pads are really great as knee pads anytime you need to kneel on a hard surface, or to use as props for doing yoga stretches on your knees like Ustrasana - (camel pose). You could also use one or two pads under the head for Savasana (corpse pose) to help level the head. You can also use one or more pads for many of the sitting poses to help level the pelvis and relieve knee strain, and for forward bending to help get a more forward pelvic tilt to reduce the chance of over stretching the lower back. Having four in the pack allows you to make incremental adjustments to the height you need, and use more pads when you are feeling tight, and less when you are feeling more open.

I have bad knees, but have to do lots of things around the house where I have to get down on my knees. I have a large knee pad I use, but I keep it in the garage since that is where I do most of my work. Since we live in a 2-story house, if I need a pad I upstairs, I have to go down to the garage, get the knee pad, bring it upstairs, do my work, then take it back down. Pain in the butt.....I saw these seat cushions and noticed they looked like the heavy foam of my knee pad and thought it was worth a try to get the 4-pack. If they wouldn't work for kneepads, we do still go to baseball games every now and then and the bleachers are hard.They came in last week and I was delighted to see that they were indeed the thick closed cell foam like my other kneepad. They are a bit smaller, but still perfect size for me and having the finger hole makes them easier to carry as well. I know have 1 upstairs in my office, downstairs in the closet and 2 extras in the garage (1 on each side). I have actually used them 5 times already without having to run down to the garage and back when something crops up.If you need seat cushions, they are firm, but soft and make hard surfaces comfortable.However, save your knees and buy this 4 pack so you can use them whenever you need to kneel down for anything. They will protect your knees for the future when you get old like me...

Nothing too fancy going on here, just well made seats that are easily carried in and out of a stadium or to the local amphitheater like ours that have stone benches that are rough on the back. The materials/foam seem durable and they do provide a decent amount of cushion. They also do shed water. If simple is your thing these are for you.
